The shares of the company Métropole Télévision can be held in 3 different ways;

Directly registeredRegistered administeredBearer shares
You are known to Métropole Télévision and your shares are registered and kept in the company’s books. Your single point of contact is Uptevia, to which Métropole Télévision has delegated the administrative management of your shares.You are known to Métropole Télévision and your shares are registered in the company’s books, but you are held by your financial intermediary which manages your account and is your unique point of contact.You are not known to Métropole Télévision and your shares are registered and managed on an account held by your financial intermediary which is your unique point of contact.

Directly registered

Your shares are registered and held in your name in Métropole Télévision’s books. However, the administrative management of your shares is delegated to Uptevia, which acts as account keeper and becomes your unique point of contact.

You are exempt from custody and management fees which are paid by Groupe M6.

It should be noted that fully paid-up shares that have been registered in the name of the same shareholder for at least two years are not entitled to double voting rights, by adoption of the 23rd resolution concerning the amendment of article 35 of the bylaws concerning voting rights presented to the Combined General Meeting of May 5, 2014.

You receive your invitation to the Annual General Meeting without any prior action.

If you have not received your admission card the second business day prior to the Annual General Meeting, we invite you to contact Uptevia’s centralized Shareholders’ Meeting service at +33 1 57 78 32 32, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Paris time).

To directly register your shares, you need to adress to your financial intermediary the form below, duly completed and signed. Your intermediary will be in direct contact with Uptevia to deliver the corresponding shares and communicate your contact information.

Registered administered

Your shares are registered in Métropole Télévision’s books, but are held by the financial intermediary you have chosen. This financial intermediary, which is your unique point of contact, manages your account but informs Uptevia of the existence of your shares.

You place your buy and sell orders with your financial intermediary, which is in charge of the execution of the order, of maintaining your account, collecting dividends and sending a notice of operation stipulating that the stock market order has been executed.  

Custody and management fees are charged by your account manager.

You receive your invitation to the Annual General Meeting without any prior action.

Bearer shares

Your shares are registered in an account with the financial intermediary of your choice, which manages them.

You place your buy and sell orders with your financial intermediary, which is in charge of executing the order, maintaining your account, collecting dividends and sending a notice of operation stipulating that the stock market order has been executed.

Custody and management fees are charged by your account manager.

You will be informed of the Annual General Meeting by a notice published in the BALO at least 35 days before the date of the General Meeting. You can then ask for your invitation to your financial intermediary. A financial agenda is also available of the www.groupem6.fr website, in the Agenda section.

To attend the Annual General Meeting, you must ask your financial intermediary to obtain an admission card in your name. Your financial intermediary will forward your admission card request to Uptevia (always accompanied by a certificate of participation, confirmed on D-2 business days). The admission card will be issued by Uptevia, which will send it to you by post.

If you have not received your admission card two business days before the General Meeting, you can present your certificate of participation dated D-2 business days, at the reception desks specifically set aside for this purpose.

On the day of the General Meeting, all shareholders must provide proof of their status and identity for registration purposes.
